Voice Mail lets you communicate around the clock by taking messages while you're on the phone, away from your desk, or out of the office. You can conveniently change your greeting and retrieve your messages from any touchtone telephone in the world. Each greeting and message is recorded in clear digital sound. Callers can leave comprehensive messages, reducing the need for "telephone-tag." Messages are left in the caller's own voice and are more detailed and accurate than paper messages. Callers can even leave confidential information safely and securely because your Voice Mail is password-protected. Choose the option to have your messages forwarded to another mailbox or telephone, including your cell phone, for maximum communication flexibility. User-friendly "voice prompts" instruct you how to use your mailbox, and because the service is based at SIGECOM/WOW! Business Solutions, there is no additional equipment to buy or maintain.

1. Greeting can be 1 minute long.

2. Mailbox holds 20 messages (1 minute long each).

3. New messages are kept 30 days. Saved messages are kept 7 days.

4. Message Notification allows you to be notified when a caller leaves a new message in your mailbox — it can be set up to outdial to a pager or any type of telephone number.

5. Multi User Mailboxes allow messages to be deposited into 3 individual mailboxes rather than all together. Each user sets up his/her own security code to ensure privacy.
